Job summary

Greys Personnel is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a store in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal. The role requires 5+ years in retail sales or marketing with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.

You will drive sales growth, manage stock and pricing, lead a team, and ensure safety, budgeting, and profitability targets are met in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential; a related Diploma is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Retail Sales or Marketing with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management and customer service; MS Office literacy.
