Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 and 3–5 years' experience in retail store management.
• Strong knowledge of sales and service management processes.
• Budgets and cost controls experience.
• Solid understanding of retail trade, brand, customers and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet targets, innovation initiatives and customer service standards.
• Manage stock reception, replenishment, housekeeping and security controls to minimise stock loss.
• Analyse sales and profitability data to drive action plans and optimize store spend.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visual standards and promotional plans.
• Develop and coach store team to achieve KPIs and succession planning.
