Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business or retail management is desirable.
• Minimum 4 years retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/assistant management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and staffing.
• Drive sales initiatives and meet targets.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory, stocktaking, replenishment and loss prevention.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are impeccable.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations professionally.
