The role requires a proven track record in high-volume retail, strong leadership, and strategic planning skills. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are expected as part of managing a flagship store.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in retail management, with at least 3 years in Store Manager role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership, team-building and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and retail management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through strategic plans and initiatives.
• Lead, coach and motivate the store team to meet performance goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Oversee operations: inventory, visual merchandising, loss prevention.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and operational expenses.
• Recruit, train and develop talent for a high-performing team.
