Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited in Springs, Johannesburg, is recruiting a Security Guard to render security services in terms of the Private Security Industry Regulations Act 56 of 2001, to protect assets, property and staff by maintaining a safe, secure environment.

Essential: Grade 12, PSIRA Grade C, and at least 3 years in retail security; advantageous: 1 year in a similar role. Responsibilities include access control, patrols, incident reporting and post duties to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• Grade 12/Matric and PSIRA Grade C accreditation.
• Minimum 3 years retail security experience.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control access to the premises and document entries.
• Regularly patrol the premises to deter crime and ensure safety.
• Investigate and report signs of damage or unlawful entry to management.
• Maintain registers and occurrence books and complete written reports.
• Provide courteous service to guests, staff and customers and escalate incidents as needed.
