Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the retail sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers virtually.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or business is a plus.
