Job summary

Crocs Pavillion is seeking a Sales Assistant to join its retail team. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, stock replenishment, and daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, Grade 12, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and promotional activities. Flexible shifts are required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Crocs product knowledge advantageous.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds and deliver excellent service.
• Manage stock and assist with inventory from the storeroom daily, including tagging and pricing.
• Keep store clean and tidy; assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations.
• Participate in quarterly training, receive monthly feedback, and progress through Crocs rookie pack.
