Job summary

Crocs Eastpoint Mall in Gauteng seeks a seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team. You will welcome customers, demonstrate Crocs products, and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12 and at least 1 year of customer service experience; Crocs product knowledge is a plus. You should be able to work flexible shifts and contribute to store presentation and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Crocs product knowledge advantageous

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds
• Deliver excellent customer service following Crocs procedures
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate benefits
• Close the sale and secure add-on sales
• Invite customers back and foster Crocs fan engagement
• Monitor daily sales against personal budget

Education
