Pedros in Durban is seeking a Recruitment Officer to identify, attract, and hire top talent for bulk roles across new stores and replacements. The role requires maintaining an active pipeline and coordinating recruitment for both Franchise Partners and Corporate stores.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bulk recruitment experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel for new store openings. This is a full-time position based in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Human Resources or related qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of bulk recruitment experience.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be a team player.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have MS Office experience.
• Willing to travel for new store openings.

Responsabilidades

• Building relationships with Line Managers.
• Posting job advertisements onto Simplify HR.
• Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
• Recruitment for Franchise Partners and Corporate stores for bulk positions.
• Conducting assessments, MIE, and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Gathering supporting documents and putting together a recruitment pack.
• Ordering of uniforms.
• Pack submission to the Human Resource Administrators.
• Working closely with the Operations and Training department.
