Job summary

Abantu Staffing Solutions is seeking a Payroll Administrator to streamline wage processing and ensure compliance in a busy retail environment. This role involves handling time and attendance data verification, processing payroll, and addressing queries to contribute to smooth payroll functioning.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of payroll experience, a Matric / Grade 12 qualification, and ideally a Certificate or Diploma in Payroll Administration, with a strong knowledge of applicable labor legislation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of payroll experience, specifically in wage processing and attendance tracking.
• Experience with large payroll head count and/or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify time and attendance data from store managers.
• Process overtime in accordance with company policy and labour legislation.
• Address payroll-related queries from store staff and management.
• Perform payroll reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies.
