Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator for our Kimberley store. You will support daily store functions, manage inventory and stock, process sales, and assist management to ensure a smooth customer experience.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Retail Operations Coordinator to support the operational functions of their store in Kimberley . This role is essential for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities, including inventory management, stock control, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will be a key player in maintaining the store's operational integrity, supporting the management team, and contributing to a seamless customer experience by ensuring product availability and efficient store functioning, directly impacting store performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receiving, stocking, and organization of merchandise according to store standards.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and report on low stock items or potential overstock situations.
• Process sales transactions, manage cash handling, and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety and operational guidelines.
• Provide administrative support to the store management team as needed.

Requirements
