About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Retail Operations Analyst to join their team in Sandton . You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing insights into sales performance, inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer behavior. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of retail operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various retail systems (POS, inventory, CRM).
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements
