Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited in Claremont, Western Cape, is seeking a Merchandiser to restock and manage stock across shelves, ensuring all products are well presented and correctly priced. You will provide friendly customer service, follow store layouts, and perform stocktakes while adhering to safety standards.

A minimum Grade 12 and up to 6 months retail experience are required, with more advantageous experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Up to 6 months' retail experience.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Willing and able to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Restock merchandise to maximize sales.
• Ensure stock stored and packed correctly.
• Ensure stock on shelves is properly labeled and priced.
• Maintain daily upkeep of store and displays; follow planograms.
• Assist with stock counts and stocktaking.
• Provide friendly, helpful assistance to customers.
• Report stock discrepancies to management.
