Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment in Durban seeks a Retail Leasing professional to build and maintain relationships with landlords and brokers, and to source new retail space for the group’s trading brands. You will keep the pipeline current, support lease renewals, and coordinate agreements through to signature and beneficial occupation, working between landlords, brokers, administration and the projects team.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with landlord community and brokers across South Africa.
• Source and assess new retail opportunities that fit the group’s brands.
• Review leasing reports and track potential sites from first contact to decision.
• Prepare and present material terms of potential transactions at property meetings.
• Coordinate lease renewals and oversee signature processes.
• Support administration and project teams to ensure timely openings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market intelligence.
