Exceed Human Resource Consultants seeks a capable retail operations lead to oversee day-to-day activities for a combined retail, fuel station and fast-food business in Stellenbosch. The role covers opening/closing, stock control and cash-up reporting across seven days.

You will manage supplier orders, inventory and minor IT/POS issues, ensuring smooth operations at all times. Strong organisational skills and reliability are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management at a supervisory level.
• Experience with cash-ups, reconciliations and stock management.
• Basic IT and POS system experience.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy, responsible and reliable.
• Able to take ownership and work independently.
• Comfortable working within a seven-day retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a combined retail, fuel station and fast-food business.
• Manage store opening and closing across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Complete shift cash-ups, reconciliations and consolidated cash-up reporting.
• Manage supplier ordering and ensure stock availability.
• Oversee inventory and stock control.
• Assist with minor IT and POS issues.
• Support smooth operations across seven days a week.
