Qualifications

• Grade 12 or Senior Certificate is essential.
• 0–6 months retail work experience is essential.
• Advantageous: 1 year retail experience.
• Advantageous: Certification in Retail Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full product ranges are on shelves and neatly presented.
• Maintain stock and prevent expiry of stock.
• Restock merchandise to maximize sales.
• Handle all customer queries about out-of-stock items promptly.
• Store delivered stock and shelf stock in correct places.
• Keep merchandise displays, labels and pricing accurate; report discrepancies.
