Sasol is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to coach Forecourt, Carwash, Bakery, Back Office and C-store staff under the Energy Marketing & Sales unit. You will develop and deliver theory and practical training, assess knowledge, and drive adherence to Sasol standards across sites.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in retail training or customer-facing roles, you will craft engaging materials and support new site openings.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Responsible for training and coaching site staff.
• Experience in e-learning or training platforms is a plus.
• Ability to assess knowledge and provide actionable feedback.

Aufgaben

• Train, coach and develop forecourt, carwash, bakery, back office and C-store staff.
• Facilitate theory and practical Sasol training materials and assess knowledge.
• Drive customer service to maximize profit for franchisees and Sasol.
• Enforce Sasol brand and operating standards.
• Plan and schedule retail site visits every two weeks.
• Develop and evaluate training materials and programs.
• Present classroom training and assess compliance.
• Support site openings with smooth handover to franchisees.
• Ensure online mandatory training completion across sites.
