Placements24 seeks an engaging Retail Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for retail staff in the Stellenbosch area. This role focuses on improving sales performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills across the team.

You will design curriculum, facilitate workshops, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure staff meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the Western Cape retail sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or senior retail sales role with a training component.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of retail sales processes and customer engagement.
• Ability to create engaging training content.
• Willingness to travel to stores around Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs and materials.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing retail staff on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Assess training needs and provide individualized coaching and feedback to employees.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
