Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive departmental performance.
• Proficiency in POS systems and relevant retail software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in alignment with North West retail demands.
• A passion for the products within the assigned department and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stock management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates within a specific department.
• Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets and KPIs in Mahikeng.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues effectively.
