Job summary

Clicks Northridge Mall is seeking a Shop Assistant / Cashier to deliver service excellence at the point of sale. You will handle cash and POS transactions, promote the Clicks Clubcard, and support in-store merchandising and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 with Maths and English or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer facing role is desirable.
• Retail/FMCG store operations knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence at the point of sale and ensure accurate checkout transactions.
• Maintain accuracy when scanning items and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Promote the Clicks Clubcard and enroll new members to hit participation targets.
• Ensure in-store promotions are clearly communicated and merchandised to standard.
• Provide friendly, professional service and act as a brand ambassador.
