Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Assistant Store Management role.

Responsibilities

• Guide store day-to-day activities to surpass targets and elevate customer service.
• Identify training and coaching needs to develop store team and manage performance.
• Recruit, administer, and manage performance per company policies.
• Implement customer experience processes to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Enforce compliance through defined processes and checks.
• Explore opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.
• Provide feedback on product performance to support centre to drive sales.
• Collaborate with management on operational action plans, sales and expenditure.
• Authorize write-offs, recalls, returns and manage stock effectively.
• Maintain stockroom upkeep and manage stock levels to mitigate risk.
• Receive, merchandise and replenish floor to drive sales objectives.
• Lead the store team to achieve KPIs and align with strategic direction.
