Placements24 is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for our busy East London store. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drive sales, lead staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage teams, and control operational costs.
• Strong inventory management and visual merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all daily store operations, including staffing, sales, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to policies for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage inventory, process shipments, and conduct stock audits.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
