Qualifications

• Grade 12 with at least 2 years retail management experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Valid ID or valid work permit (local).
• Strong accounting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy (basic).
• Strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Own transport and cell phone.
• Sound knowledge of OHSA and related regulations.
• Strong HR skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to develop, implement and manage a Store Business Plan aligned with Company strategy.
• Promote growth and protect market share through store initiatives and sales budgets.
• Support Customer Service strategy and achieve high Customer Audit scores.
• Manage stock: shrinkage, stock take, and stock movement with Wall-to-Wall processes.
• Handle cash processes: Debtors, petty cash, daily banking, and cash controls.
• Lead HR activities: recruitment, induction, training and succession planning.
• Ensure OHSA safety standards and compliance in-store and with regional regulations.
• Maintain merchandising, housekeeping, and planograms.
• Provide leadership and drive results under pressure.
