Job summary

TFG Limited is seeking an Administration Supervisor for the Sportscene store located at Masingita Mall in Giyani. The role focuses on stock control, store administration, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast fashion retail environment.

Key duties include stock movement analysis, cash control, filing, and adherence to procedures. You will support the Store Manager, develop product knowledge, and promote loyalty programs while working in a team to drive sales and store performance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience.
• Remain in sync with the latest fashion trends.
• A passion for excellent Customer services and sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store manager with Stock take & store administration
• Monitor and analyse stock movement within the store
• Implement risk management procedures to mitigate stock losses and shrinkage
• Ensure compliance of all administration, systems and reporting procedures
• Extract store reports to analyse turnover and stock performance
• Understand and present information to Store manager
• Organise and maintain in-store filing systems
• Monitor and control cash or transactional activities to ensure processes are followed
• Uphold in-store safety and security procedures
• Process Customer transactions via active retail system (POS)
• Identify Customer needs through professional engagement and communication
• Establish Customer loyalty by promoting cash reward programs
• Take initiative to improve Customer experience and satisfaction
• Adhere to visual Merchandising principles and housekeeping procedures
• Develop your selling skills and product knowledge
• Work within a team to meet sales targets and store objectives
