Job summary

Life & Brand Portfolio is seeking a Restaurant Skills Trainer to help develop confident restaurant teams through hands-on coaching, practical training, and consistent application of brand standards.

You will deliver in-store training, align with SOPs, support managers to boost performance, and maintain accurate training records while promoting continuous learning and operational excellence across Cape Town sites.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' restaurant operations experience.
• Hospitality industry experience (3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food safety, customer service, and restaurant operations.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and one additional official language relevant to your region.
