Placements24 in Rustenburg is seeking an energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team across restaurant, bar and room service. You will supervise daily operations, manage staff, control inventory and uphold presentation and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards, menu knowledge and cost control.
• Hands-on leader with ability to work under pressure in a busy hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of F&B staff for efficient service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving and stock rotation to control costs and waste.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across F&B outlets.
• Train and coach staff to enhance service skills and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and specials for quality and consistency.
