Our client is looking for a vibrant and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to lead their team in Rustenburg . Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities during service hours.
• Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
• Manage guest reservations, seating, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels for beverages and dining supplies, placing orders as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
