This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing a busy restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service every day.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit; train, coach, and develop staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and overall team performance.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control inventory to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns with confidence and care.
• Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining service excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

As our Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & traditional).
• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service every day.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit; train, coach, and develop staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and overall team performance.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 5 years + experience managing a busy restaurant.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, stock control, and cost management.
• Experience working with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• A hospitality qualification will be advantageous.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
