Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service excellence.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and standards.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, inventory control and costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate all restaurant staff to maintain a positive team culture.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and labor regulations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage procurement of food and supplies.
