The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Geology or related field with 5+ years of experience, proficient in Leapfrog, Datamine, Vulcan and Surpac, and capable of QA/QC and collaboration with mine planning teams.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Geology, Geostatistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral resource estimation for various commodities.
• Proficiency with geological modeling and resource estimation software (Leapfrog, Datamine, Vulcan, Surpac).
• Strong understanding of geostatistical principles and their application in resource modeling.
• Experience with geological data management and QA/QC protocols relevant to resource estimation.

Aufgaben

• Collect, validate, and interpret geological and drilling data for resource estimation.
• Develop and manage 3D geological models and mineral resource estimates using industry-standard software.
• Perform geostatistical analysis, including variography and block modeling.
• Prepare technical reports compliant with industry codes (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101).
• Collaborate with mine planning and operations teams to ensure effective resource utilization and reconciliation.
