Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geology or Economic Geology is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in resource geology and estimation, preferably in South Africa.
• Proficiency with resource estimation software (Datamine, Micromine, Leapfrog Geo).
• Strong understanding of geostatistical principles and their application to resource modeling.

Responsibilities

• Compile, validate, and manage geological datasets (drillhole logs, assay data, survey information).
• Develop and interpret geological models, defining domain boundaries and structural controls on mineralization.
• Perform geostatistical analysis and resource estimation using industry-standard software.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and evaluate geological risk in resource estimates.
• Prepare detailed technical reports for resource reporting (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101).
