Qualifications

• Matric essential, hospitality advantage.
• At least 2 years in a similar front office role.
• Computer literacy including Excel and Word.
• Experience with Property Management Systems is preferred.
• Ability to handle guest queries and complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk reception, reservations and guest inquiries.
• Assist with office admin, stock control and data entry.
• Resolve guest complaints to satisfaction and coordinate with departments.
• Ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
