• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly kitchen cleaning; maintain hygiene checks.
• Ensure supplies are received and stored correctly.
• Deal with guest complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain high personal hygiene standards.
• Be aware of fire and emergency procedures; follow safety guidelines.
• Work overtime when necessary; adhere to timing standards for service.
