This role is the primary point of contact for guests seeking personalized recommendations and assistance with activities, dining, transportation, and local experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level, personalized concierge services to resort guests.
• Offer expert recommendations and make reservations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
• Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers and local tours.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, activities, and points of interest in and around **Mossel Bay**.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and restaurants.
• Assist with special requests, such as floral arrangements, gift sourcing, and special occasion planning.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs.

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the concierge desk.
