Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Site Manager for residential developments in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence across multiple phases.

The role requires at least 5 years in site management, a tertiary qualification in construction, strong leadership, and proficiency in project management software and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site management experience in residential construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities for residential projects.
• Develop and implement project schedules to meet timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for senior management.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
