Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, specifically within residential construction.
• Proven experience in managing teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
