Job summary

I Grow Wealth Investments seeks a meticulous Residential Rental Financial Administrator to join our Midrand team. You will manage monthly rental payments, tenant invoicing, deposits, and reconciliations using WeConnectU and Excel.

The role requires 2–3 years in residential rental financial administration, a Matric or equivalent, and strong numerical skills. You will liaise with property managers and landlords, ensure compliance, and prepare monthly statements.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent is required.
• Finance, bookkeeping or property administration qualifications are advantageous.
• 2-3 years’ experience in residential rental financial administration.
• Experience with WeConnectU or similar property management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of residential rental accounting, tenant billing, utility recoveries and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payments for residential rental properties.
• Ensure accurate monthly processing of rental receipts and landlord disbursements.
• Process monthly account payments on behalf of investors/landlords.
• Load and process utility accounts and municipal payments.
• Invoice tenants for recoverable utilities and municipal charges.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of rental payments for the portfolio.
• Administer tenant deposits and process refunds within turnaround times.
• Prepare and distribute monthly tenant statements and invoices.
• Liaise with property managers, trustees and service providers regarding financial matters.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company procedures.
