Qualifications

• Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market available rental properties through online and offline channels.
• Conduct property tours and showcase units to prospective tenants.
• Screen tenant applications, including credit checks and employment verification.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant information, and property availability.
