Job summary

Quorum Property Group is seeking a Leasing Agent / Rental Consultant based in Johannesburg. You will manage the full leasing lifecycle from lead generation to move-outs, coordinating with Building Management, Property Management and Operations to maximise occupancy and deliver excellent customer service.

Key duties include qualifying tenants, arranging viewings, vetting, lease administration, move-in coordination and tenancy support, with a focus on accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 non-negotiable.
• Residential property qualification or diploma (advantageous).
• 2+ years' experience in Residential Property as a Leasing / Rental Agent.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently and as part of a team.
• Own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and marketing: respond to queries and update listing platforms.
• Qualify prospective tenants and arrange/viewings; explain terms.
• Oversee vetting, deposits, and lease documentation with managers.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and communications with tenants and teams.
• Maintain tenant records and reports on leads and vacancies.
• Liaise with caretakers and property managers and assist with renewals.
