Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager for a luxury safari estate in Hazyview, Mpumalanga. You will oversee reservations operations, manage enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations, maintain accurate records and ensure guest information is up to date.

You will monitor occupancy and rates to maximise revenue, build relationships with travel agents and guests, and lead the reservations team to deliver exceptional service throughout the booking process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Reservations Manager or senior reservations role within luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience in a luxury lodge, safari estate or high-end hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of reservations systems and booking platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
• Good understanding of rates, occupancy management and revenue optimisation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• A professional, guest-focused approach and strong leadership abilities.
