Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Reservations Manager for a luxury safari estate in Hazyview, Mpumalanga. You will supervise all reservation operations, maximise occupancy and revenue, and lead a guest-focused bookings team.

The role requires proven experience in luxury hospitality, strong knowledge of reservations systems, excellent communication, leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure. Negotiable salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Reservations Manager or senior reservations role within luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience in a luxury lodge, safari estate or high-end hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of reservations systems and booking platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
• Good understanding of rates, occupancy management and revenue optimisation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• A professional, guest-focused approach and strong leadership abilities.
