Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Reservations Agent for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Franschhoek, Western Cape. You will manage reservations and guest enquiries, ensuring a seamless booking experience from initial inquiry through arrival.

The ideal candidate will have hotel reservations experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a professional telephone manner, with knowledge of Franschhoek and Winelands market.

• Previous experience in a hotel reservations role is essential.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservations procedures and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Handle all incoming reservations enquiries via telephone, email and other booking channels.
• Process individual and group reservations accurately and efficiently.

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional Reservations Agent to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Franschhoek, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations and guest enquiries while ensuring a seamless and personalised booking experience from initial enquiry through to arrival.

• Position: Reservations Agent
  
• Salary: R18,000 – R20,500 per month
  

Key responsibilities

• Handle all incoming reservations enquiries via telephone, email and other booking channels.
  
• Process individual and group reservations accurately and efficiently.
  
• Provide guests with detailed information regarding accommodation, rates, availability and hotel facilities.
  
• Ensure all reservations are correctly captured and maintained on the hotel’s reservations system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel reservations role is essential.
