Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd in Rustenburg is seeking a proactive Field Marketer to grow existing targets in the informal trade. You will perform floor walks, manage stock, present products, and drive category growth across client accounts.

Applicants should have Matric and 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, strong negotiation abilities, and excellent relationship-building skills to succeed in a dynamic, field-based role with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in an FMCG environment is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Floor walk, stock management and presentation.
• Handle returns and administration.
• Manage orders and new business accounts.
• Drive sales growth by category.
• Communicate across departments to achieve targets.
• Crate control, cold calling, and display builds.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers; route riding.
