Qualifications

• Matric or relevant qualification.
• 3-4 years branch coordination experience, preferably in rentals.
• 3 years rental experience (bonus).
• 3 years administration experience.
• 3 years top customer service experience.
• Proficient with software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service and delivery of vehicles for rental bookings.
• Manage bookings of vehicles to rent and liaise with drivers.
• Coordinate planning, bookings, costs and payments at the branch.
• Assign instructions to drivers for customer requests, drop-offs and pickups.
• Ensure documentation is correctly completed and stored in the system.
• Liaise with customers regarding bookings, costs and collection.
