Job summary

Cosmo Central Group in Pretoria seeks a Rental Consultant to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site role focused on client services, property rentals, and hands-on marketing execution.

The role requires strong sales skills, excellent people communication, and the ability to develop and measure marketing strategies while researching market trends. Experience in Real Estate or Sales is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing will be advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Sales or Property Management would be advantageous.
