Job summary

You will handle quotations, input and progress opportunities in the CRM, capture sales orders, ensure invoices are processed, and serve as a reliable contact for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Matric and, preferably, a tertiary qualification in Business Management.
• 2-3 years of internal sales support/administration experience in ICT.
• Proficient with generating and handling bulk quotation requests.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels.
• Office-based working environment with a 08:00–17:00 schedule.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to Account Managers and drive sales process efficiency.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, input and track opportunities in CRM.
• Capture sales orders and ensure invoices are processed.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external customers with timely quotations.
• Liaise with vendors, sales specialists, brand teams and resellers as needed.
