Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, focusing on structural design or renewable energy systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools (STAAD.Pro, SAP2000).
• Understanding of materials science and failure analysis principles.
• Site work experience and engineering support are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical components and systems for renewable energy installations (e.g., solar panel mounting structures, wind turbine components).
• Perform structural integrity assessments and stress analysis on key equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with project teams during the installation phase to ensure mechanical components are correctly implemented.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
