The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years in mechanical design and systems engineering, and is proficient in CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and FEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years in mechanical design and systems engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and FEA.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to engineering challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with project management principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components for renewable energy applications (e.g., solar, wind, energy storage).
• Conduct detailed engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and vibration assessments, to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, CAD models, and manufacturing drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and field technicians, to ensure successful system deployment.
• Perform system integration tasks, ensuring seamless compatibility between various mechanical and electrical components.
• Develop and execute test plans for mechanical systems, analyze test data, and implement necessary design modifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues encountered during development, manufacturing, or field operations.
• Contribute to the selection of materials and manufacturing processes for optimal system performance and cost-effectiveness.
