Job summary

Qualifications

• South African citizen aged 18–35.
• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy at least 40%.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other SA language at 40%.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
• Unemployed and not previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of employee remuneration and benefits programs
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records
• Contribute to monitoring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to compensation and benefits
• Collaborate with HR teams to address employee queries regarding pay and benefits
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance remuneration and benefits processes
