Job summary

Placements24 seeks an inspiring Youth Mentor and Development Facilitator to join their fully remote organization. You will empower young people by providing guidance, support, and opportunities to develop academically and personally in a virtual setting.

You will deliver online mentoring, design workshops on life skills and career readiness, create individual development plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with parents and schools to support youth success.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• At least 2 years of youth mentorship/education experience.
• Proven ability to engage and motivate youth online.
• Strong facilitation and virtual workshop delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and empathy; active listening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group mentoring sessions online.
• Design and run online workshops on life skills and career readiness.
• Create individualized development plans for mentees.
• Track progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with parents, schools, and guardians to support youths.
